About
French-American tech leader in London, writing on inclusive leadership, agency, and changing organizations from within, and how we harness technology for good.
I operate between cultures: a Frenchman who spent over a decade in California, now a French-American in London. Not quite at home anywhere, which turned out to be a strength. It taught me to listen first, translate between worlds, and notice the people who don't quite fit the mold.
I've spent my career in tech environments, from the world of Silicon Valley entrepreneurship (as the first employee of a linguistic services start-up) to leading at enterprise scale in the realms of management consulting and tech partnerships, with an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business along the way.
One of the most transformational chapters has come from a volunteer role: leading my company's global LGBTQIA+ charter across 230,000 employees, work named to INvolve's OUTstanding Top 100 Executives Role Model list in both 2024 and 2025. All along, the real reward has been watching colleagues and people around me discover they had more agency than they'd been told, and helping them become leaders in their own right.
This site is where I think out loud about inclusive leadership, agency, and how organizations change from within. Increasingly that includes how we harness technology, especially AI, actively rather than from the sidelines. It's also where I'm looking for the builders who want to do the same.
