About
French-American tech leader in London, writing on inclusive leadership, agency, and how organizations change from within.
I operate between cultures: a Frenchman who spent over a decade in California, now a French-American in London. Not quite at home anywhere, which turned out to be a strength. It taught me to listen first, translate between worlds, and notice the people who don't quite fit the mold.
I've spent my career in tech environments, from first employee at a Silicon Valley linguistic services startup to leading at enterprise scale, with an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business along the way. The most transformational chapter came from a volunteer role: leading my company's global LGBTQIA+ charter. That work has been recognized internationally, but the real reward has been watching colleagues and people around me discover they had more agency than they'd been told, and helping them become leaders in their own right.
This site is where I think out loud about inclusive leadership, agency, and how organizations change from within. It's also where I'm looking for the quiet builders who want to do the same.
